How do I ask about service?
Open Schedule service to use the ServiceTitan scheduler, or call MGI at (970) 287-1673. Have your address and the main problem ready.
Is my request a confirmed appointment?
No. The scheduler says an appointment is pending confirmation. Check the visit details with MGI before treating a time as confirmed.
Does MGI serve my address?
Contact MGI to confirm service at your address and current availability. A town page does not confirm an appointment or availability at every address.
Where can I find equipment answers?
Visit Homeowner help for heating, cooling, and water-heating guides. The guides explain common questions. They do not replace a qualified check of your equipment.
How do I check prices, financing, or rebates?
Ask MGI about the work and its price. Financing and rebate eligibility depend on the current program rules and your project. Confirm the terms before counting a benefit.
